uncompleted, we are granted to stay or end your account, and
reject to grant you the right to use the entire or parts of the
service.
(3) The products' design and exploitation are all
by Polykeen, which had registered the design patent, you
couldn' t copy or imitate the products, if you go against
any parts of this treaty and effect Polykeen, it should be in
charge for all the responsibilities.
(4) All the
content and photos on the website are not allowed to transfer
without Polykeen's permission for any purpose.
2. Member accounts, passwords and
security
You will get a
password and an account, after finishing this registration
procedure. You are charge of keeping the security of
the password and account, and any related activities. We
couldn't and never bear any responsibility for any losing
about this password and account. You should agree with the below
clauses: (a) Once your password and account are suffered the
usage without any authorization, or caused any other security
problems, you should contact Polykeen without any delay. (b)
Once finishing your link, you need to close your
account.
3. End
Before you agree with
this register, please kindly take a consider, for any reason,
including but not limiting: lack to use, or our company thought
that you had violated the character and inspirit of this term,
Polykeen will terminate your usage of the password and account
(or other parts) or service, simultaneously remove and delete
all of your content. Otherwise, Polykeen will consider to end
this service or any other parts at any moment in the light of
inform and untold. You agree with and acknowledge this service
of above Polykeen should close or delete your account and
relative files or documents at once, or forbid your previous
documents and usage of this service. Moreover, if you agree to
terminate the usage of these services, Polykeen wouldn’t bear
any responsibility to you and any third party. |
